Description

As the accountable lead for Grid Connection projects, you will oversee the entire lifecycle, from inception to completion, including cancellation, sale, or commissioning.

This role entails advancing designated lead areas to enhance grid connection processes, drive efficiencies, and address common project challenges, such as third-party works.

Lead design development for assigned projects.
Manage projects from initiation to closure.
Uphold project governance, maintain program schedules, and manage risk logs.
Ensure the feasibility of cable routes through National Grid (NG) land.
Plan and execute projects to meet key milestones.
Develop Design Intent Documentation (DID) and Front-End Engineering Development (FEED).
Timely reporting on design and risk issues affecting project milestones and delivery.
Proven Project Management experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Experience managing environmental and safety factors in project delivery.
Determination to deliver on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Commitment to achieving net zero.
Relevant Project Management qualifications (e.g., Full Driver's License.
