Description
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Associate Director, Clinical Data Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and overseeing the execution of clinical trials.Responsibilities:
n- Organise and conduct team meetings.n- Foster team development and identify high-performance team members.n- Collaborate with the (Senior) Director Clinical Data Management on team development.n- Provide guidance to project teams on the oversight and supervision of CRO/third party vendors and organize trainings as needed.n- Act as a mentor for new team members.n- Contribute to the development and review of portfolio documents (includes contracts, guidelines, budgets, metrics, KPIs).n- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies, and, where available, CDM guidance documents.
Key Skills and Requirements:
n- Extensive knowledge of Clinical Data Management with a focus on DM activities as a Lead and DM project management.n- In-depth knowledge of international guidelines (ICH-GCP) for the conduct of clinical research projects.n- Experience with Clinical Database Systems and processes.n- Proven experience in resource planning.n- A background in natural/life sciences or relevant experience in a CRO/ biotechnology/ pharmaceutical company in a Clinical Data Management position.
