Are you a Production Manager or operated as a Production Shift Manager for +5 years?

We have a fantastic opportunity with a cool, reputable brand within the food industry who growing rapidly year on year for a Production Manager to join the team.

This will be a smaller manufacturing environment and will require someone who is happy to thrive in a hands-on role and be the point of contact for all Production and Operations.

To be successful in this role you will need to have 5+ years of experience operating at Production Shift Manager/Production Manager level.

You will need to have an adaptable management style and able to upskill and review/implement KPI's as the business grows.
