's get to the important stuff**The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy, with a clear focus on driving sales, retention, acquiring new business, and increasing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. The role is critical in creating and executing marketing initiatives that support the company's vision, mission, and objectives, ensuring that the company's marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.


The Role:


  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy: This includes creating a clear and concise marketing plan that outlines the company's target audience, messaging, and marketing mix.
  • Lead the marketing team: Manage a team of marketing professionals, including the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Brand management: Ensure that the company's brand TIEVA is consistently communicated across all marketing initiatives and materials.
  • Customer insights and segmentation: Use market research, customer data, and other insights to understand customer needs and preferences, and to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Event and trade show management: Plan and execute trade shows and other events to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Public relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and other stakeholders to secure positive press coverage for the company.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are costeffective and deliver a positive measurable return on investment.
  • Performance measurement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven decisions to optimise results.
  • Degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, end to end with measurable results.
  • Experience of working with vendors such as DELL/HP/Phillips.
  • Experience of marketing automation (CRM/Hubspot/ZoomInfo), lead generation, customer acquisition, GTM strategy, brand design and development, product positioning, UX and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in product marketing and event planning is an advantage
