What is the day to day of the role?
- Managing an ER case load within the organisation, ensuring Policies and Procedures are adhered too
- To contribute to best HR practice and to provide accurate guidance and advice to managers
- To work closely with the Head of People Operations, to ensure the delivery of HR training courses are up to date
- Managing and maintaining Admin for the case loads you are working with
- To analysis complex HR Related issues
- At times, could be asked to attend on a Pannel.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Must have a CIPD Level 5 or above
- Must be willing to complete a DBS Check
- Must have experience with Employee Relations
- Be a Team player, organised, efficient and proactive
- Be able to work within an energetic and diverse team to maintain good working relationships
