Salary - £ Per Hour DOE

What is the day to day of the role?

  • Managing an ER case load within the organisation, ensuring Policies and Procedures are adhered too
  • To contribute to best HR practice and to provide accurate guidance and advice to managers
  • To work closely with the Head of People Operations, to ensure the delivery of HR training courses are up to date
  • Managing and maintaining Admin for the case loads you are working with
  • To analysis complex HR Related issues
  • At times, could be asked to attend on a Pannel.

Required skills and qualifications:


  • Must have a CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Must be willing to complete a DBS Check
  • Must have experience with Employee Relations
  • Be a Team player, organised, efficient and proactive
  • Be able to work within an energetic and diverse team to maintain good working relationships
