    Description
    Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator? They're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team on a part-time basis. You must have proven previous experience in residential lettings and have an understanding of property laws, regulations, and best practices in residential lettings. Job Details:
    • Location: Plymouth City Centre
    • Part Time hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 2:30pm (25 hours)
    • Salary £23,000 - £25,000 (Pro Rata)

    Your Role:
    • Generate new and repeat business opportunities for property appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lets.
    • Handle enquiries from new applicants regarding available properties.
    • Liaise and negotiate agreements to secure lettings.
    • Support the sales progression team and participate in property viewings as required.
    Responsibilities:
    • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements with professionalism.
    • Property Marketing: Employ various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional methods, to promote properties and engage potential tenants.
