You will need have a minimum of 1 years experience in residential lettings: Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Lettings Agent) role will include:

~1 years experience in Residential Lettings
~ An exemplary telephone manner
~ Full Driving License essential
~ Own Car required
~ Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
