Description and requirementsTo support requirements of the SCS Area Central tunnels' commercial team, to effectively track, monitor and interrogate tunnels costs on Northolt tunnels East, OOC, Atlas Rd Logistics Tunnel and Euston tunnels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Administrator in the implementation and roll out of the new tunnels labour cost/allocation system.
  • Validation of labour, plant and material cost information
  • Liaising with the finance/accounts team for all aspects of cost monitoring/managing and feeding applicable information back to the tunnels commercial team for consideration for forecasts/budgets.
  • Liaising with the wider tunnels team to resolve any errors (allocation, substantiation, rates etc); and
  • Correctly allocate the WBS code to operatives
  • Administration of cost and forecast data within iTwo
