Our shiny new office is in one of London's buzziest neighbourhoods, with a plethora of restaurants, bars, and cultural institutions right on our doorstep.

    YOUR MISSION

    This is a role running our London office and being Personal Assistant to our CEO, as well as supporting our senior team. We want you to take ownership of the office and make it run efficiently and be a great environment to work in, as well as a welcoming place for our guests to visit.

    ABOUT YOU

    We're looking for someone who's great with people, with a positive and energetic approach – no task is too big or too small for you Being well-organised and adaptable to a dynamic office environment is a must.

    Previous experience of working in an office environment as an office manager and / or PA would be a huge benefit. Previous work within an agency or brand, or in a co-ordination role in the marketing industry would be an additional benefit but isn't necessary.

    You'll work directly into our Finance Director and support our CEO. You'll need the confidence to take part in senior team calls and be pro-active in supporting them. You'll be exposed to confidential and sensitive information, which means we need you to be reliable and discreet.

    You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    THE ROLE: FINER DETAILS

    This is an office-based role in central London. The day-to-day role will include:

    • Office management (greeting visitors, ordering supplies, managing contractors)
    • Supporting our CEO (diary management, collating expenses, making travel arrangements)
    • Organising company-wide social events

    Specific training will be provided where necessary. You'll learn a lot very quickly and develop some brilliant skills and insight into the exciting world of brands and agencies. The salary is £30-35k, depending on experience. Additional company benefits will be discussed in the interview stage.
