- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
- Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.
- Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within the sector.
- Identify and pursue new client partnerships to increase market share.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
- Experience within a sales environment (retail, telesales, or fast paced working environment) coupled with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant would be ideal, with a focus on Commercial or Industrial sectors.
- Due to the requirement to attend meetings with clients, a driving licence and a car is essential for this role.
