The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students continue to learn and progress when their regular teachers are absent

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes and maintaining an orderly classroom environment.
Delivering preset lesson plans and supporting students with their work.
Managing student behavior and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
Liaising with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress.

Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A willingness to collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership.
