Customer Service Advisor / Temporary / £11 per hour / Folkestone

Overview:


My client, an instantly recognisable brand are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Answering inbound calls with a positive and personable nature
  • Taking customer payments
  • Processing requests for compliance and screening
  • Basic administration support

Essential Skills:


  • 1+ years' experience within customer service
  • Phone based experience would be a bonus
  • Positive and hardworking attitude

Package:

- £11 per hour + holiday pay

  • 9am 5pm; Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working after 3 weeks office based training
