IT Software Asset Coordinator

This is a hybrid position that can be based from either of our offices in Peterborough, Chesterfield or Tunbridge Wells.

As an IT Software Asset Coordinator, you will support the management of the organisation's digital assets related to software and technology.

Your role will involve tracking, organising, updating, and distributing software licenses and other assets.

Although the primary focus of your role will be software, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and efficient utilisation of all IT EUC assets.

Track and maintain software licences, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
Manage and escalate risks in respect of licence usage.
Define and maintain asset management processes.
Experience of software licence management and licence models in an Enterprise environment.
General IT knowledge & Experience.
