Requirements for Registered Manager

Level 5 in a Health & Social Care qualification
Hold a valid driving licence
Minimum of 2 year's experience in team leader/deputy role
Experience of attending and chairing professional meetings

Responsibilities of Registered Manager

To take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the unit.
To liaise with and co-operate with the Senior Leadership team in development and implantation of policies.
To implement the requirements of the Care Quality Commission regulations that include the fundamental standards.
You'll be supporting your team to reach the highest standards of care, by conduction reviews and supervisions when required.
To investigate complaints, report to the Locality Manager and take appropriate action.
