~ Commercial Design:

Experience in land management, planning, development, or real estate.

Legal Knowledge:

Surveying background, experience with geospatial software, familiarity with regional and national online databases/tools for land resources.

CRM and Networking:
Experience with CRM systems, and a network of rural area agents.

Renewable Energy Interest:
Knowledge and interest in renewable energy, especially ground-mounted solar installations.
Experience dealing with senior executives and decision-makers.

Language Skills:
Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
