    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales, portfolio management teams, client servicing, marketing, compliance and other departments to create high-quality, client-centric RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Surveys and various questionnaires.
    • Update the standard RFPs.
    • Assist in managing the RFP workflow tracker and Salesforce.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and perform regular checks to ensure accuracy and relevancy of RFP database (RocketDocs) data.
    • Stay informed about corporate and product updates and develop consistent content for team use.
    • Participate in assigned projects and handle any other necessary tasks as requested.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within investment management.
    • Proficiency in RFP databases, preferably RocketDocs.
    • Ability to analyze large datasets effectively.
    • Understanding of financial markets and proven RFP experience across various distribution channels.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective stakeholder and project management abilities.
    • Strong writing and editing proficiencies.
    • Capability to work cooperatively within a team.
    • Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines.
