Description

Based out of the Warrington area, semi-skilled groundwork or civils operative required for a leading operator within paved infrastructure maintenance and repair.

Applicants must be flexible and available to work either away at different sites around the UK (5 days out of 7) where accommodation and transport will be provided, when not away the work will be local from their Warrington depot.

As a groundworker or civils operative you will:

Assist the skilled technicians with general labouring duties & site preparation.
Movement of machinery and materials/ Use of hand and power tools.
Working with specified materials concrete. Asphalt, sealing compounds.
Reinstatement of site following work.
Adhering to all sitespecific health and safety regulations.

We are looking for groundworkers or civils operatives with:

Previous experience within a semi-skilled construction related environment.
Current CSCS card as a minimum (additional plant/ machinery/ 360 tickets an advantage).
UK driving licence.
Availability to work (5 days out of 7).

These positions are initially temporary with the genuine opportunity of a permanent position following a qualifying period.

£13.50p/hour PAYE.

Daily subsistence allowance whilst away.

Accommodation and transport provided whilst away.
