Description
We are looking for someone with good accountancy skills with a minimum of 1years experience, who is competent in SAGE 50 cloud and has a good eye for detail.
They will also need excellent IT skills in particular in excel, both creating spreadsheets and maintaining existing processes within the accounts system.
Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Creating and sending sales invoices
- Credit Control
- Data Management
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- KPI's
- Reconciling End of Month Accounts
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Petty Cash Control
- Responsible to the Director and Office Manager
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good knowledge of SAGE 50
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent Administration Skills
- Excellent numeracy, accuracy and high attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
