Description

We are looking for someone with good accountancy skills with a minimum of 1years experience, who is competent in SAGE 50 cloud and has a good eye for detail.

They will also need excellent IT skills in particular in excel, both creating spreadsheets and maintaining existing processes within the accounts system.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Creating and sending sales invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Data Management
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • KPI's
  • Reconciling End of Month Accounts
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Petty Cash Control
  • Responsible to the Director and Office Manager

Required Skills:


  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good knowledge of SAGE 50
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent Administration Skills
  • Excellent numeracy, accuracy and high attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
