    The Role:

    As a Religious Studies & Ethics teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students to explore and engage with a diverse range of religious, philosophical, and ethical perspectives.

    Planning and delivering engaging and thought-provoking Religious Studies & Ethics lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

    Teaching a range of topics within the Religious Studies & Ethics curriculum, including world religions, moral philosophy, ethics, and spirituality.

    Implementing effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.

    Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the Religious Studies & Ethics curriculum, resources, and teaching materials.
    Participating in extracurricular activities, enrichment programs, and community initiatives to foster students' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
    A degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related field.
    Proven experience teaching Religious Studies & Ethics at Key Stages 3, 4, and/or 5.
    Deep subject knowledge and a passion for exploring diverse religious, philosophical, and ethical perspectives.
    Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
    Ability to engage and inspire students through dynamic and interactive teaching methods.
