    Placed by Leon has partnered with a men's luxury lifestyle brand on an exciting new opportunity.

    Our Client is looking for an experienced Retail Training Executive with ideally a luxury retail or a high end hospitality background.

    This person will plan and deliver the retail training calendar and training materials for retail teams and wholesale partners in the Western Region alongside the Head of Commercial Training.

    This also role requires the timely creation and distribution of retail training materials, using a variety of formats globally. The Retail Training Executive needs to be a strong communicator with the ability to work with a number of teams in order to gather and distribute key information.

    Responsibilities

    Create seasonal product training documents

    • Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development and Design teams to gather necessary information.
    • Create and share a delivery schedule to ensure the materials are distributed on a timely basis
    • Work with Head of Commercial Training to deliver training sessions with the markets ahead of each season (online or in the markets).
    • Ensure all materials are uploaded to the online Retail Training SharePoint resource library

    Film, produce and distribute training videos

    • Work closely with the Brand Image team to utilise Brand assets.
    • Work with the Head of Commercial Training on filming and producing short, engaging and informative videos.

    Author mobile e-learning courses for retail and LMS (learning management system)

    • Create short and engaging mobile e-learning courses / quizzes using Courses developed.
    • Support gamification elements across the Markets.
    • Drive engagement with the mobile learning app globally.
    • Update current e-learning modules and create new content.

    Design and deliver training plan (Western Region)

    • Work closely with the Western Region team to plan and deliver training sessions in stores across product knowledge, client experience and selling skills.
    • Work closely with L&D specialist to share, track and report all the retail training initiatives on LMS.
    • Support Wholesale team to deliver training to partners.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Working in a luxury Retail Environment or high end hospitality and understand luxury client experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe applications (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Acrobat)
    • Able to create engaging e-learning content (mobile learning apps)
    • High standard of writing and design, deliver succinct information that is visually engaging and follows Brand guidelines

    Desirable

    • Experience in quick authoring tools for e-learning
    • Able to create engaging video content
    • L&D in training on service and product
    • InDesign and video editing

    This is a hybrid role which will be a mix of 4 days based at HQ in Central London and is the field, and 1 day working from home.
