Express Recruitment are proud to work in partnership with a reputable local organisation.

Our client is looking to recruit multiple experienced Customer Service Executives to join their busy team on a Temp to Perm basis who will be able to provide and excellent front line customer service.

You can choose one of the following shift patterns:

  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday (alternating shifts of 7am-2:30pm and 1:30pm-9pm)
  • Weekends (7am5:30pm or 10:30am9pm)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries in line with internal processes
  • Ensure that all customer claims are correctly handled
  • Pursue recoveries against third parties to ensure that income is received and correctly accounted for
  • Confidently liaise with tradesmen and contractors to carry out the repair work
  • Log duties onto the system to generate a report

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience desirable
  • Able to provide an excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Competent with bespoke IT systems with fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude and a desire to maintain high standards
