Express Recruitment are proud to work in partnership with a reputable local organisation.

Our client is looking to recruit multiple experienced Customer Service Executives to join their busy team on a Temp to Perm basis who will be able to provide and excellent front line customer service.

You can choose one of the following shift patterns:

Full Time
Monday-Friday (alternating shifts of 7am-2:30pm and 1:30pm-9pm)
Weekends (7am5:30pm or 10:30am9pm)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries in line with internal processes
Ensure that all customer claims are correctly handled
Pursue recoveries against third parties to ensure that income is received and correctly accounted for
Confidently liaise with tradesmen and contractors to carry out the repair work
Log duties onto the system to generate a report

Skills & Experience

Previous customer service experience desirable
Able to provide an excellent customer service
Demonstrate a polite and professional telephone manner
Competent with bespoke IT systems with fast and accurate data entry skills
Proactive and positive attitude and a desire to maintain high standards
