An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Case Manager to join the LDA Collaborative.

The LDA Collaborative is the 3rd best performing region in the Country and is committed to improving the lives of children, young people and adults with a learning disability and autism.

This is an all-age post and will work as part of an integrated team working across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

We are looking for aregistered professional with membership of a relevant professional body. You will demonstrate the Trust Values and Leadership Behaviours in your approach to delivering high quality care.
