Dedicate Recruitment are delighted to support a national Multi-Academy Trust which is seeking a Lead Communications Officer. It's a Trust at the start of an exciting journey to excellence and this is the perfect time to make your mark
This is a critical role partnering Trust wide with local Academy Principals, their staff, central Team colleagues and internal/external stakeholders
Reporting to the Chief Growth & Development Officer, the LCO will be responsible for:
Ensuring the central team, subsidiary brands and associated brands are fully supported with timely communication, media and PR support.
To generate high quality content to use across a wide range of channels
Devising engaging campaigns and promotional content for corporate publications.
Media handling, social media and the ability to evaluate and measure communications activity.
Educated to GCSE level, you will have a proven career in communications.
You will be a dynamic and highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, offering experience from a similar role within the educational sector, although this is not essential.
In return you will be joining a Trust whose ethos is to work with "integrity, lead by example and demonstrate standards of excellent".
This is a full time, fully remote working post but some national travel to London and the North West will be required.
