    £70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

    Supporting a global leader, this role will offer you the opportunity to engage with world-leading stakeholders and all parts of the organisation globally.

    What you'll be doing day-to-day:

    • Acting as first point of contact on all matters, often highly confidential and time critical
    • Strategic calendar management; prioritising a very busy agenda
    • Managing global travel, expenses and invoicing
    • Composing correspondence in French and English
    • Managing the fluid coordination with the EAs of the leadership group members
    • Supporting and participating in the Global CIO Office governance activities
    • Managing logistics for calls, meetings and events
    • Some international travel may be required
    • Taking minutes at meetings including the IT governance meetings
    • Project support; coordinating extended community meetings, preparing agendas, actioning items and project management
    • Creating and updating presentations
    • Maintaining the digital library

    • An excellent track record, working as an EA in a global environment
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills
    • Completely fluent written and spoken English and French
    • High emotional intelligence
    • An approachable, kind and client-orientated manner
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
    • A pragmatic, proactive and confident approach
    • Experience of working on own initiative in a professional environment
