A leading UK law firm are looking for a Corporate lawyer to join their award winning team in Nottinghamshire.

The Corporate Lawyer's Role

The successful Corporate Lawyer will work with a diverse range of clients providing advice, guidance and technical support in matters that span a broad range of a commercial and transactional corporate matters.

The Senior Associate Lawyer will get to work with a high quality of caseload covering a range of business sectors.

The Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Lawyer

Qualified solicitor/lawyer
Proven track record in Corporate & Commercial Law
Exceptional drafting skills
Proactive and teamoriented
Strong ICT skills
Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
