Why this job is important


This role is part of our Sales & Shopper Predictive Analytics offer and will play a key role in accelerating a fast-growing business.

The role will report into the Category Advisory Director and will across Technology and Consulting offer areas to deliver first-class, actionable insights grounded in our clients' business questions.

This will be a client facing position that will require working with multiple data sources including Scan/Point of Sale e.g., Nielsen or IRi, shopper and attitudinal data to build predictive models and relevant insights across range and assortment.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with our clients to deliver category advisory support using the outputs of our market leading Perfect Category portfolio and assortment optimisation solutions
  • Support clients to ensure that users can use and deliver business value from the adoption of our solutions
  • Work crossfunctionally with technology product teams as the client advocate on needs, features & benefits to guide the product development roadmap
  • Develop predictive analytical models within our existing frameworks to address client business questions
The skills & experience you'll need.

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3+ years' CPG/FMCG category management experience
  • Excellent story telling skills to build author engaging presentations
  • Project Management experience & ability to work cross functionally
  • Quantitative thinking with strong numeric and critical thinking skills
  • An elevated level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • A problemsolving mindset
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communications & influencing skills to present complex analysis in a concise and effective manner
  • Ability to distil & present impactful insight while dealing with large volumes of data
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
