Job Description Control System Engineer - Exeter (hybrid)

Control system engineer role with a focus on commissioning, R&D and support working for a machine builder.

up to £50k base + 34 days holiday + private medical insurance

Talentometry have partnered with a machine builder to recruit an electrically biased Control System Engineer for the organization to support commissioning and some R&D development work.

Their solution utilises a wide range of sensor instrumentation combined with some fast moving motion control / robotics. This is a QA solution is used by blue-chip manufacturers. The machine is controlled by PLCs.

Commissioning
You may be required to work over a public holiday (shutdown dependent).

Outside of PLC software, you'll have the opportunity to develop commercially in Python, C++, and ROS to help develop future iterations of this solution.

Siemens / Rockwell PLC experience

• Electrical experience
