We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator who will provide proactive and effective administrative support for their designated Sales Team members.

You'll be based at our head office facility off junction 31 of the M62.

  • Proficient at using Excel spreadsheets
  • Well organised with good time management skills
  • Able to input data accurately
  • Able to multitask effectively and enjoys being busy
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Great customer service skills and 'cando' attitude

Your responsibilities will include:

accurately processing incoming orders; helping to resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner; updating and maintaining sales and client records; creating quotes; monitoring orders for your assigned team members and letting them know of updates or changes.
