- Provide the highest possible standard of nursing care for the patients and their families
- Ensure that an on-going welcoming, caring, and safe environment is provided for the patients
- Manage the patient pathway including Undertaking admissions, safe pre-operative preparation, effective post-operative care, and the discharge process

*This bonus is offered to those who commence substantive employment within Sulis Hospital between 1st January th June 2024 in a role dedicated to the hands-on delivery of patient care requiring registration with either the NMC or HCPC. The bonus is paid in two parts, £1500 at the end of your successful completion of your 3-month probation period and £1500 after 12 months of employment. For part time positions this bonus is pro-rata for joiners.
