We've been operating in the Basildon area for over 30 years and are looking for a mature, ambitious individual to strengthen our team as we help more and more companies with their post-covid staffing issues.

The role provides great job satisfaction as we help hundreds of job seekers into work and new careers every week, while meeting the needs of our valued clients.

Our consultants require a variety of skill across sales and customer service, but if you have drive, ambition and common sense you do not necessarily need recruitment experience to join our happy team and become very successful.

OTE earnings are a realistic
£33k£35k in year one for someone with no recruitment experience, rising quickly to a potential
£40k+ or more as you grow into the role.

The person we are looking for will be able to display sales motivation as well as a business mind and will be ready to compete in a tough market by offering an unrivalled high quality service to our temps and clients, many of whom have been with us since we opened in the 1990's.

Required Personal Qualities:

Ambition and hunger with a friendly, confident and resilient approach
Tenacious and committed comfortable taking on lead generation, field sales and sales process management
Stable and mature age is unimportant but we're looking for people who will enjoy being a longterm part of our team and will stay with us to fulfil their potential
Meticulous and methodical, IT literate you will be comfortable working with our PCbased systems and have good administration skills for managing your own time as well as our high volume, fastpaced business
Exemplary personal presentation and customer service skills able to deal with people at all levels, with a typical day involving contact with everyone from jobseekers to a client company CEO or HR Director.

A valid UK driving licence required
