    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager who is willing to travel nationwide (our office is based in Kettering). The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest health & safety standards, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will be supported by a Project Director, Contracts Manager and Cost manager. We have a well-established, valued partnered supply chain who understand our quality objectives. Our internal processes also support the Manager with the smooth running of the project. They will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

    Comfortable in attending and contributing to pre-start sub contractor meetings, Design Team and Client meetings.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings & specifications
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Technical background welcomed
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
