A remarkable and international business school based in the west end of London is looking for a HR Executive to join the busy HR department and assist the Head of People (HR) & Engagement, in providing a first-class all-around HR service to Academic andProfessional Services staff.
Working closely with the team's HR Executive and Payroll/Benefits & HRIS Manager to ensure seamless transition.JOB ROLE:

JOB ROLE:
- Be first point of contact for HR related queries, providing support service to the School's Professional Services and Faculty staff.
- Administer the employee's full life cycle: processing starters/leavers on ADP, Maternity and Paternity leave arrangements, etc
- To prepare contracts for Professional Services and Academic staff, including casual workers and visiting lecturers.
- Manage HRrelated documentation, such as contracts of employment, salary change letters, training records etc.
- Administer sickness absence and annual leave data in accordance with data protection regulations.
- To administer staff induction and appraisals processes.
- To raise POs for expenses and invoices and liaise with the Finance department.
- To keep on top of visiting professor contracts via the inhouse Aurion system.
- To keep on top of visiting professor and permanent professors from other campuses scheduled visits to the London campus and ensuring correct visa documentation and Right to Work.
- Support the recruitment process: liaising with agencies, posting of job adverts, arranging and conducting interviews and issue relevant correspondence (i.e. contracts, writing reference request letters etc.)
- To ensure that an organised and comprehensive filing system on HR records and staffing matters is maintained within the School with due regard to Data Protection, related legislation and School policies
- To develop, implement and update policies and procedures.
- To ensure the HR system (ADP) is updated and maintained.
- Drafting and updating correspondences and staff handbooks.
- Taking minutes in Senior Management meetings as and when required.
- Managing and maintaining HR and Recruitment mailboxes.
- Arranging and ordering staff ID cards.
- General duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Supporting HR Projects and annual audits.
- Other duties as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong Administration skills.
- Excellent IT Skills i.e. Excel, Word.
- Familiar with HR Databases/Systems. Previous use of ADP would be desirable
- High level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- The flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Enjoy working with people.
- The ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
- Understanding prioritisation of work.
