Working alongside the Head of People to establish one of the best companies to work for in the UK, and develop a capable, empowered team at all levels.

You will provide guidance on people practices to stakeholders to ensure all functions have a great team of people with high levels of engagement.

Support line managers to ensure effective two way communication within and across teams. Implement policiesto support the health and wellbeing of our people. Working with the Academy team develop training interventions that support organisational development. Ensure everything the People team does has the business values at the heart of it.
