We are currently recruiting for a Lead Rough Sleepers Outreach Worker to join an award-winning outreach team in Birmingham.

It is a full-time role working predominately Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work involved. It will be working 37.5 hours a week doing a combination of Early's (06:30-14:30) and Late's (14:00-22:00).


The role will be to provide housing and support solutions to clients rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping on the streets of Birmingham.

You will be undertaking extensive foot and vehicle outreach in all weathers.


You will be supporting individuals who are currently rough sleeping to move away from the streets into settled and secure accommodation.

You will ensure contract compliance and quality assurance whilst providing and delivering person-centred support to customers,enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and meet their immediate needs.

Enabling customers to gain and maintain sustainable independent living and fully participate within their community.

You must be a driver and be willing to drive outreach vehicles.
