    My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country.

    Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.

    They are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join their business.

    As a Procurement Administrator, your role will entail:
    Ensuring purchasing and procurement activities are planned and executed
    Ensuring procurement objectives are set in accordance with estimates and budgets
    Assist with negotiating contracts, purchase orders and work orders with subcontractors.
    Assist and advise the commercial team with contractual obligations, related to sub-contractors and change orders.
    Provide support and guidance to the commercial team
    Help pre-qualify new subcontractors and vendors
