    The Role
    Coming as the direct result of internal promotion, this Group Financial Controller role will be key in the day to day leadership of the Finance function. Responsible for Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury totalling over 50 people, you will be very much focussed on people, process and scope. With the support of some very experienced and competent team managers you'll be focussed on continous improvement, driving performance of the team as a whole, optimisation of technology and processes and the development of a value adding team in a growing business.

    The Person
    • Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
    • Technically strong and motivated by quality
    • Confident and supportive leader of people, you will have led accounting and transactional a team of at least c.20
    • Strong aptitude for systems with a growth mindset geared toward continous improvement
    • People focussed and emotionally intelligent, able to tailor your approach to suit the individual and situation
    Hybrid working offers the chance to work up to two days per week remotely, the remainder to be spent in the Wolverhampton office.
    Salary to £78k per annum, 10% bonus, Car or allowance, 26 days A/L, private medical cover and pension.
