You will need to collaborate across departments to generate, validate and execute propositions whilst communicating progress to stakeholders.


Key roles and responsibilities are:

To understand, communicate, and help deliver Heywood's vision and strategy,To Identify customer problems and opportunities in desired markets and territoriesTo assist with the research, design, develop, and validation of solutions that are tailored to customer needsTo build an extensive knowledge of our products and services used across applicable Product and Proposition teamsTo prioritise the Propositions backlog and roadmap,Collaborate with Development and Operational teams to deliver the Propositions roadmap,To communicate with relevant stakeholders about the progress of the Propositions roadmapTo research and generate ideas as to how Heywood can deliver its growth targetsAdvise and influence decision-makers using data, evaluative judgement and comprehensive grasp of the products and services within the team's remit.

Experience working within the pensions/ financial services sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
