Responsibilities
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the Building Services operational delivery for designated projects within Kier Construction
- Managing the projects relevant internal and external resources, consultants and supply chain
- Ensuring safe and compliant (quality, time and cost) delivery of projects
Who are we looking for?
This role of Building Services Lead is great for you if you:
- Have good all round technical knowledge of the systems involved, electrical, mechanical, controls, high voltage, fire, security, water treatment and network systems
- Are able to provide a central technical resource to the rest of the regional team
- Are able to develop outline interface schedules for all the systems within the building
- Can demonstrate the ability to set up and operate process controls to manage pre construction, design, construction, commissioning and hand over
