- Supporting and assisting the Pre-Construction & Operational teams, to ensure a right first-time approach in quality management and specification compliance.
- Ensure compliance & operational management in Quality Control Systems, including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling and report writing.
- Providing Quality-related training to equip the Project teams with the skills to drive improvements in quality performance.
- Ensuring the ISO accredited integrated management systems are effectively implemented and monitored, identifying opportunities and implementing changes to drive continuous improvement.
- Making sure contract operations are compliant with business policies and standards, developing and managing the contract audit programme and carrying out internal audits against business policies.
- Have experience of working in a similar position, within the construction industry.
- Can demonstrate your experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management system standards.
- You are bold and future focused, by driving improvements in performance excellence.
- Work on own initiative, be highly organised and display a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in a key commercial role, working on a large construction project in South Devon.
Kier Construction have a thriving business in the South West, which delivers projects within healthcare, education, local authority, commercial and leisure. As a main contractor in the area, we pride ourselves on commitment to the region and the capability to deliver high value, technically complex projects that benefit the local communities.
Location: South Devon.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Quality Manager you'll be supporting the pre-construction and operational delivery teams with QA compliance. You will manage the areas of quality throughout all the projects, while maximising customers' satisfaction and project operating margins. Your day to day will include:
