Description
My client a housing association based in Exeter is recruiting for a Quality Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, could this be of interest to you?

Overview;

  • 6 month term FTC with a chance for extension due to project work
  • Up to
    £50,152 per annum (Pro Rata'd)
-
26 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- £0.50 mileage rate from contracted office

  • 4 days Working from home per week
  • Flexible working hours
  • Reporting directly into the Director of Property Services
Duties;

  • Lead the project of insourcing all retrofit trades within the organisation
  • Head the implementation of a Quality Management Systems
  • Monitor KPI's and ensure the insourced trades are working in a cost effective and professional manner
  • Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all works completed are in line with organisation regulations
  • Feedback directly to the Director of Property Services, providing updates on the progress of the project
Qualifications, Expectations and Experience required;

  • A Quality Management Systems qualification or relevant working experience required
  • Housing experience is desired
  • Expected to travel to other offices if required
  • Driving license and vehicle is required
