We are seeking an experienced immigration solicitor to enhance our corporate and domestic immigration services further.

This is a senior role requiring a minimum of 3 years + PQE, with the potential for team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

\tHandle a wide range of immigration matters, including personal and corporate immigration. \r
\tProvide expert advice on various immigration routes, including investor visas, innovator visas, start-up visas, global talent visas, sponsor licences for employers, and compliance and audits preparation/training. \r
\tAdvise and assist clients on private immigration matters, such as entry clearance, leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain, and British citizenship applications. \r
\tManage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. \r
\tStay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance. \r

Qualifications and Experience:
\r

\tQualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years + PQE in immigration law. \r
\tExtensive experience in the full spectrum of immigration law, including personal and corporate immigration matters. \r
\tProven track record of successful immigration case management. \r
\tStrong understanding of various immigration routes and requirements, including investor visas, innovator visas, start-up visas, global talent visas, sponsor licences for employers, and compliance and audits preparation/training. \r
\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. \r
\tDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \r
\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and collaborative approach. \r
\tExperience in managing and mentoring junior staff members is desirable. \r
