An exciting opportunity for a
Camp Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient running of the logístical elements of the East of England division's summer camping events being held at
Hadleigh Farm Estate (HFE).


Responsibilities include liaising with the divisional headquarters and event teams to identify the facilities needed for each event and to book/purchase to ensure their availability.

Liaising with relevant providers to book activities and to organise and coordinate catering.


Liaise with Essex Glamping and the HFE team to ensure the smooth running of and upkeep of the facilities on site during the events.


You will need experience of successfully organising events and have a thorough understanding of event/equipment/service hire contracts. Ability to write and implement Risk Assessments in compliance with statutory and organisational requirements. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey processes and procedures. Ability to develop strong, successful, and collaborative working relationships both with internal colleagues and external service providers. It will be essential to be available for the set up and close down of each event.
