Role Overview: The Buying Executive will play a crucial role in our procurement process, responsible for sourcing and purchasing pharmaceutical products from global manufacturers. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in buying within the pharmaceutical industry, who is adept at negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential suppliers of pharmaceutical products globally.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement goals with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in buying within the pharmaceutical industry, working with global manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
