- Minimum of 4 years' experience within a supervisory (or similar) role
- Appropriate qualifications 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and C & G 2365 Level 3 NVQ
- An excellent track record of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to take part in call out rota (£150 standby paid per week on call)

Salary - £38,000 - £45,000
Due to continued growth of the business, my client is looking for a working electrical supervisor to join their existing team based in Bromley but working across London and the Southeast.
They pride themselves in providing their clients with an excellent service and are seeking top quality supervisor, or an experienced senior electrician looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of site/sites to ensure that their works are completed to the correct specification and quality within the agreed budgeted costs to the programme required by their customer and to ensure all work is done in a safe manner.
The successful candidate for this role will:
Ensure that adequate labour (of the correct quality) and materials are on site to maintain the progress required by our customer.
These materials need to be stored/protected to minimise waste and that all of their work is done in a safe manner.
Ensure that the quality of work is to a good standard and acceptable to their customer.
Ensure all health & safety and environmental issues are complied with, and that all Operatives are fully compliant with the correct CSCS card.
Liaise with their customer to advise them of any issues which may not allow all our work to be done within the correct sequence, and that work is ready to be carried out.
Record any delays in writing and where required, collect any variations, site instructions, dayworks from their client, and ensure that they are given to the management team, and a copy kept in the Site File.
Liaise with GPM London's management team to ensure that the site is completed on programme and within the agreed budget.
All work should be checked and installed in accordance with the manufacturers/suppliers specifications and signed off by the personnel supervising the job.
Will ensure all operatives under their control observe the Company Health and Safety policy and ensure that task specific Method Statements are adhered to at all times.
Fully coordinate and cooperate with Site Management at all times.
Ensure a full site dairy is maintained and used to record issues on site, which will then be reported to the Site Management.
Must ensure operatives are cleaning their own working areas and are working safely.
General walking of the site to monitor progress and give clear guidance when necessary.
Fully coordinate with the site operatives and ensure all works are being completed as per the manufacturer's recommendations.
Run a safe site and improve safety for the workforce.
Ensure and maintain a high standard of quality.
Ensure all health & safety and environmental issues are complied with and that all Operatives are fully CSCS competent with the correct card.
Ensure that materials are checked on site and verified against delivery dockets.
Interpret construction drawings and ensure schedules are produced for any materials required.
Implement method statements and risk assessments.
Ensure all work is checked and installed in accordance with the manufacturers/suppliers specifications and signed off by the personnel supervising the job.
