Estimator - New Build Housing

Peterborough

Up tp £50,000 + Car / Allowance
Howells Recruitment are working with a reputable House Builder who specialise in delivering quality homes across the Region.

Currently recruiting an Estimator.


The role:

  • You will identify and cost the engineering issues that effect a site at land viability stage (analysis of site investigations, service search information)
  • You will produce and monitor superstructure costs on a square foot basis.
  • Some pre commencement tendering for specialist trades such as demolition and piling will also be involved.
  • You will work with the Technical and Engineering teams with close involvement with their Land Department.


You will have worked an Estimator for a house builder or housing organisation and have strong experience in producing build cost for land appraisal purposes.

Qualified as an Estimator with relevant software or time served working for a housing organisation.

£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Peterborough, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
