Architectural Technician, contract / temp 2 – 3 months plus, hourly rate to be agreed.

Opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a reputable consultancy on a contract / temp basis in Exeter for 2 – 3 months plus.

Looking for an experienced Architectural Technician that is able to come in and hit the ground running to assist on bespoke residential and commercial projects.

You will need to have an excellent technical ability and knowledgeable on building regulations. Preferably be proficient in Vectorworks and Revit.
Up to date on all UK building regulations
Measured surveys and site inspections
Vectorworks and Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory
Previous project sector experience on the above required
