- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation purposes
- To work independently in the Surgery and the Community, providing assessment, treatment and referral of patients with specified mental health problems and unexplained symptoms.
- Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
- To liaise with and refer onto secondary mental health services, voluntary and public sectors agencies and community support groups.
