Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a major role in the creation of a best-in-class talent function.

You will bring experience of:

Agency/RPO and internal recruitment
Collating and ensuring accuracy of recruitment data
Coaching managers in all aspects of resourcing
Microsoft Office particularly strong with Excel and analytical thinking
Promoting diversity within hiring practices
