Hours: Monday to Friday (with oncall responsibilities, due to the shift patterns of your temp workers)
Holidays: 25 days + birthday day off
Commission: competitive and uncapped

Duties and Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

Responsibility of leading a team of 2 Account Coordinators to deliver SLA's to the client
Ensure communication between onsite Supervisors, line managers and the onsite team is high all times
Building good working relationships with the client, upselling where necessary where peak times allow
Onsite visits every 68 weeks (may include overnight travel in the UK)
Responsibility for creating and distributing daily planners for all temporary employees
Building relationships with existing workers onsite
Ensuring that you exceed weekly and monthly KPI's/Targets set

Essential:

Experience working in a supervisory/ managerial role
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have good attention to detail
Can do attitude, willingness to go above and beyond
MS Office skills (including outlook)
Driven and ambitious outlook

Desirable:

Previous exposure to a busy environment
Previous experience in a customer/people facing role
Experience in a telephonebased role, managing and developing relationships
