    Having recently raised £15m in Series A and with a first of its kind production facility being purpose built in North Wales to manufacture 25 tonnes of cement / hour, they're now ready to move forward.

    As a team of highly motivated people with global ambitions, Material Evolution is already a company that is shifting the needle in this industry.

    Having discovered (and patented) a novel geopolymer cement that is both carbon-neutral and superior to existing cements by virtually every measurable standard, they are taking this product to market by partnering with some of the world's leading industrial materials companies.

    To accelerate this growth, they're looking for an experienced Programme Manager who wants to play an essential role in leading and facilitating the effective and efficient delivery of multiple R&D projects, ensuring alignment with strategic businesses objectives and helping to deliver product to customers faster.

    Working closely with Mevo's Chief Scientific Officer you will be the go-to person for planning and communication across the entire R&D team


    Planning:
    Owning the R&D strategic planning process and translating the CSO's vision into a tangible strategy.

    Working closely with Senior Scientists to plan and manage roadmaps, budgets and schedules, and to establish metrics to measure success and progress.

    ~ Resource Management:
    Overseeing program execution, ensuring planning and resource allocation in the Laboratories and between business units. Identify and address resource gaps/conflict ensuring smooth delivery and developing more agile practices.

    ~ Stakeholder Management:
    Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, executives, and external partners. Communicating status, risks and issues and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.

    ~ Facilitating effective communication and collaboration across project teams, executives, and stakeholders. Encouraging transparency and accountability through regular process reports and status updates, highlighting achievements, risks and recommendations.

    Thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritise results, and manage shifting priorities with ease whilst maintaining accuracy and quality.
